The 8th grade softball team got back in the win column with an 11-2 victory over Genoa Middle School.
Maddy Baucke lead the team with 4 hits and 6 RBIs. Olivia Long contributed 3 hits and 4 runs. After going down 2 to 0, the Eagles locked it down with solid defense from Avery Moravitz, Callie Bowman, and Chloe Rice, who threw out 4 runners from behind the plate.T
he Eagles are 6-2 and plan to improve on Thursday with a trip to Worthington.
