On Friday, February 22, 2019, the Big Walnut Girls Bowling team nearly won the Central District Sectional Championship. Out of 37 total teams, the Lady Eagles placed second just 15 pins short of Westerville Central with a team score of 3762.  The second place finish for the Lady Eagle was the highest finish in school

Congrats to Coach Morrison and the Big Walnut Girls Bowling team on their record breaking season.  The girls finished the season at 14-2 and the best record in school history.  Their 14-2 record has the girls sitting in second place just behind 10-1 Westerville Central. Several players are ranked in the top bowlers in Central
